I ordered a Family Combo Pack with various millet noodles and gluten-free pasta. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, no real issues there. Good products, delivery issue
My recent order included the Khapali Atta Whole Wheat Instant Noodles and a packet of the Millet Vermicelli. The noodles were good, as always, and the vermicelli made a decent breakfast. The products themselves are high quality and I appreciate that they're maida-free. However, this time the delivery took nearly a week to reach me in Chennai, which felt a bit long compared to my previous orders that usually arrived in 3-4 days. I also had a small question about the shelf life for one item and tried contacting support, but it took a day and a half to get a response. While the food is great, the slower delivery and support response were a slight bummer this time around.
Pretty good gift box
I got one of their Gift Boxes for my sister, mostly because she's really into healthy eating these days. It had a good variety, some cookies and a few different noodle packs. She really liked the Moringa Noodles, said they were surprisingly flavorful. Shipping took about 4 days to reach her in Austin, which was decent. The box itself was nice, but one of the cookie packets was slightly crushed, which was a minor bummer.
